TRAVEL INFORMATION
Denver International Airport (DIA)
  • Address: 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249
  • If you are taking public transportation (RTD), the bus will take you directly from DIA to Downtown Boulder Station. The bus station is conveniently located on the south side of the airport.
Downtown Boulder Station
  • Address: 1800 14th St, Boulder, CO 80302
  • The RTD bus (Route AB1/AB2) from DIA drops you here. The Fjällräven Boulder Store is just a 0.5-mile walk away.
Fjällräven Boulder Store
  • Address: 1048 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80302
  • This is where the Fjällräven shuttle will pick up participants at 4:00 PM the day before the trek.
Trekker’s Inn
  • Address: 39117 CO-72, Nederland, CO 80466
  • Consider Trekker’s Inn your home base—this is where your Classic adventure starts and ends.

HOW TO GET WHERE YOU NEED TO BE
Option 1: Rent a Car
  • Parking is available at Trekker’s Inn starting at 4:00 PM the day before your trek.
Option 2: Take the RTD (Public Transit) *Recommended*
  • A direct RTD bus (AB1/AB2) from DIA to Downtown Boulder costs $10.50. To purchase a ticket for the RTD, you can buy one online, in person at the station, or on the RTD app.
  • The Downtown Boulder Station is walking distance to The Fjällräven Boulder Store as well as Pearl Street, which is a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Explore Pearl Street if you have spare time before heading to Trekker’s Inn!
ACCOMMODATION
Participants must stay in tents at Trekker’s Inn and organized campsites (Yankee Doodle and Jenny Lake).



WHAT TO KNOW: BEFORE YOUR TREK
A Fjällräven Shuttle will pick up participants at the Fjällräven Boulder Store at 4pm the day before your trek. If you are renting a car, you can park your car at Trekker’s Inn for the duration of Classic.
Participants are encouraged to camp at Trekker’s Inn the night before your trek starts. Please confirm during your registration if you plan on camping with us at Trekker’s Inn.
Staying at Trekker’s Inn the night before is a great opportunity for community building before the Trek! There will be speakers, drinks, food, and tents with gear so you can start to gather everything needed for your trek.
This is also where you’ll receive your first stamp by Fjällräven Officials in your Trekking Passport.
WHAT TO KNOW: AFTER YOUR TREK
Once you complete the trek, a shuttle will be ready to take you back to Trekker’s Inn where you can relax and wind down with your fellow Classic adventurers. We will have food and drinks ready as well as some live music. This is a great opportunity to decompress with your new community of trekkers and recap on the previous days out on the trail!
Upon return to Trekker’s Inn, you will also receive your final stamp in your Trekking Passport as well as your Classic USA Medal and Patch.
The Fjallraven Shuttle will be leaving Trekker’s Inn at 5pm to take participants back down to Boulder, CO.
