Fjällräven Classic Chile

Day 1 starts with a gradient uphill through a beautiful forest following Río Rivas. Just before CP1 the road becomes steeper with nice views over the Fjord in your back.

At the top, the views open in all directions, and you can spot the valley where the night camp is. Back in the forest again there are plenty of creeks and perfect spots for a lunch break.

Day 2 starts following the valley overlooking the Cordón Prat Mountain range. When the route turns North you cross a few creeks before reaching CP3. It is a perfect spot for a lunch break.

After CP 3 you will follow the foot of the mountain Cerro Campana. It is a nice and flat section through nice open forest. By the end before the downhill to Lago Porteño you will have nice views of the Torres del Paine mountains.

Today the route changes direction a lot for new landscapes and views around every corner. If you have not already stopped for a dip, CP5 is the perfect spot for it.

The path gets narrower with a lot of small climbs as it winds in between the lakes. Just before you arrive to the night camp, stop to enjoy the spectacular waterfall.

The last day starts with a climb from Lago Toro and up through the forest with amazing views over Torres del Paine in your back.

The trek continues through fantastic forest with trees full of Old Man’s Beard Lichen. The final stretch is a gradual downhill to the Rio Serrano plain and the finish line.
