Yay! You're in for a treat! You've signed up for the June 22 Forest Bathing session in Banff! We're so excited to introduce you to this amazing practice in this stunning location! You'll be meeting your guide, Ronna Schneberger, at the Professional Development Building (just outside) at 8:45am. The program will start at 9:00am, so don't be late! There are washrooms in the building, so don't worry about that. Please dress warmly, as you'll be outside for 2 hours. And remember, this is a restorative practice, so you won't be doing anything that generates heat. If it's chilly, bundle up! This isn't a hike, it's more of a wander, so comfortable clothes and running shoes are perfect! Get ready for some forest fun!
