An exercise and biology scientist, Rasmus is fascinated by the body and its ability to adapt to its environment. For him, Fjällräven Polar is a unique opportunity to see this in action. There, he will live out a dream: to experience extreme cold and physically demanding conditions. To prepare, he has optimised his own training and tested his limits, including running a half marathon in less than an hour and a quarter, and eating only dehydrated food at every meal for every meal.
