My first connection to nature and food was as a young boy, foraging for berries and mushrooms at my family summer home in Sweden. I later went on to dedicate more than twenty years of my life to the culinary world at several top restaurants in Copenhagen, Denmark. But an inner voice was telling me to get outdoors and reconnect with the passion for food that I had as a boy. So I decided on the path less traveled and it took me several thousand miles across the globe to Seattle where I live and work today.Store website

Just being outside and breathing fresh air
I took part in a back country hunt in Montana with friends, the old school way, sledding in and setting up a bit wall tent with a small stove to keep warm in the frigid temperatures. It was really tough but we had some great laughs and memories.
