What’s Included in the Ticket Price?
Fjällräven Classic is about making it easier for you to enjoy nature. That’s why we take care of much of the logistics.

  • Bus Transfer from Fjällräven Classic Korea base camp at Villade Aewol to the start of Fjällräven Classic Korea at Eorimok Trail Support Center.
  • Fjällräven Classic Korea Basecamp provides storage for one piece of luggage. You will receive a tag to attach to your bag at check-in. Luggage can pick up your bag between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day your trek ends.
  • A map (scale 1:100,000)
  • A trekking passport, which must be stamped at all checkpoints by Fjällräven volunteers, including at the start and finish.
  • Fuel (Cartridge gas) for your camping stove, provided at check-in.
  • Gas canisters are provided by Primus and have a standard threaded connection compatible with most stoves. Gas refills are available at all night camps.
  • Meals for the 3-day Trekking Journey are provided.
  • An orange safety cover for your backpack. This helps us identify you as a Fjällräven Classic participant and makes you more visible in an emergency. The safety cover is distributed at the base camp.
  • A Fjällräven Classic trashbag is provided so you can carry out all your trash. You are responsible for taking all waste with you—it must not be left along the trail. Trash can be disposed of at the camps.
  • A Fjällräven Classic Korea medal when you reach the finish line after 57 km.
Travel and Transportation
Fjällräven Classic Korea starts at the Eorimok Trail Support Center on Hallasan, but to get there, you first need to travel to Jeju, where event check-in takes place at Villa de Aewol.
1. Planning Your Trip to Jeju
here are two ways to get to Jeju: by plane or by ferry. If you have a longer travel itinerary in Korea, taking the ferry can be a great option, but flying is the fastest and most convenient way. You must arrive in Jeju at least one day before the trek starts to complete the check-in.
Transport Options to Jeju:
  • Flights: You can book flights to Jeju via Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, or Jeju Air.
  • Ferry: You can take a ferry to Jeju from major ports like Busan, Wando, or Mokpo.
2. Arriving in Juju
Once you arrive in Jeju, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the check-in location. Whether you arrive by plane or ferry, you can take a taxi or bus to reach the check-in location at Villa de Aewol.

3. Transport from Jeju to Eorimok Trail Support Center (Starting Point)
On the starting day, buses will take you from Villa de Aewol in Jeju to the Eorimok Trail Support Center on Hallasan.
Important:
  • You can only take a bus that departs within the time slot specified on your ticket. All buses must be boarded by 6:30 AM on the starting day.
  • The bus ride is included in your Fjällräven Classic Korea ticket.
4. After the Hike – Transport from Villa de Aewol to Jeju City or Airport
After completing the hike, you will return to Villa de Aewol, where the trek officially ends. No separate transportation will be provided, so participants will need to arrange their own transport from Villa de Aewol to Jeju City or Jeju International Airport.
Transport Options from Villa de Aewol to Jeju Airport:
  • Taxi: Taxis are readily available from Villa de Aewol to Jeju International Airport.
  • Bus: Local buses operate from nearby stops to Jeju City and Jeju International Airport.
Important:
  • Please plan your return trip in advance, considering bus schedules and potential waiting times.
  • It is recommended to allow sufficient time to reach the airport, especially if you have a scheduled flight.
Accommodation
During the trek, you will be staying in a tent, and camping is only allowed at designated campsites. Please note that camping in unauthorized areas is illegal.
Before and after the trek, you can book accommodation at the basecamp, Villa de Aewol, or nearby lodgings. Accommodation fees are not included in the participation fee.
Note: Accommodation booking at the basecamp for Classic participants will open in early June.

Accommodation is not included in the participation fee.
